PBX Administration Plan
This plan covers non-service affecting support requests and features on our phone systems. We are offering this plan at $19.95 per month with qualifying phone service agreements. The plan includes phone system administration beyond the initial setup of your PBX system.
Any customer not enrolled in the PBX Administration Plan will incur normal charges at an hourly rate.

The PBX Administration Plan includes any changes requested beyond the initial setup of your PBX System. This includes items such as: user maintenance, queue changes, custom recordings for greetings, auto-attendant changes, and time of day based call routing (office hour changes and closures).
NOTE: Service affecting issues (e.g. outages, no voice, static on the line, etc.) are still covered under the standard phone service agreement.
