I installed the TurboDial software and now the Internet won't work.
Most likely there is another LSP (Layered Service Provider) already installed on the computer. This could be legitimate software that you knowingly installed (such as Zone Alarm or another Internet Accelerator program). Or it could be software that was installed with other third-party software, usually without your knowledge. It is not uncommon for free downloads and peer-to-peer programs to install this type of software during installation.

Our support department suggests that you run the Ad-aware software which is available in the Downloads section of this website. This software scans for many types of undesirable programs, including many LSP programs.
