Where are you located?

Many customers ask our staff, "Where are you?" They are surprised to find out that we are quite close. While we have dial-up locations throughout Northwest Ohio and agreements for dial-up numbers throughout the U.S.A., MetaLINK is locally owned and operated in Defiance, Ohio. Our support staff is directly employed by MetaLINK. They are not outsourced like many of our competitors. This allows for our support team to be much more personal and thorough.
