To switch your service plan, you must do so before the beginning of your next billing cycle. For example, if it is the middle of January and you request to change your service from the Budget Saver Plan to the Unlimited Monthly Plan, the change will not take effect until February 1. Likewise if you are on a pre-paid plan, your plan will not be changed until your current billing cycle is up whether that is 3 months, 6 months or a year accordingly.
