SmartFTP is an FTP client for Windows computers.  The unlicensed version is free for educational and personal use.  Commercial users must pay for the licensed version after 30 days.

SmartFTP has an interface similar to  Windows XP and Internet Explorer which includes drag and drop functionality.  It supports proxies, firewalls, NAT, and UPnP.  It has a resume feature for broken file transfers and it caches remote directories.
